Borderlands Borderlands Borderlands

All about borderlands. well I got this game last week and wasted 1 day and half just to fucking download it. and I am quite pleased that I didn’t spend the money for the game for nothing. I really like the graphics in the game even though the graphics are pretty much cell-shaded and not realistic at all. but yeah I think the graphics are okay.

Although I do have some problems with the game crashing after 1~3 hours of play. it’s quite annoying though. through research I have discovered that the game is a little bit buggy with ATI cards. even with my decent HD5670 I still crash. although it doesn’t happen in 1~3 hours. I just hope those developers will listen to the rant that is going on at Gearbox’s forum.

Gameplay wise I think it’s pretty cool. I never thought that it’s going to be an fps rpg game. I thought it’s like one of those games where the storyline is pretty much linear. this game is seriously open. I can pretty much do anything around here. and of course I have to do the plot missions so I can continue the story so far.

Weapons : oh man I got to say. I am quite impressed on the amount of weapons the game has to offer. from shitty pistols to ubered rocket launchers. it all depends on where I can get those weapons. and getting orange weapons might be the hardest one yet since it’s abseloutely rare. the rarest weapons I can get is purple. but hey some of the rare weapons are pretty much useless thus not worth having it

Multiplayer : It’s okay. yet it’s funny to play with friends through the net. it all depends on how smart you are going to play with your friends. and yes I envy those who have higher level characters with better gears. but in the end it all ends well

Desktop Modification Much?

yeah not much. anyways I’ve been tinkering around with my desktop finding a new theme. I found couple of themes but the ones that I have is pretty cool. so here’s my current desktop. it’s 90% less messy and 110% even more cooler than what I have before. I like it because it’s just playing simple but yet looks amazing. that is all for now.

It’s been a while since I last posted here. Ah well. what’s done is done.

Quite a rough month for me. I don’t think I even enjoyed this month. well not much has happened during the early months. 13/6/1994 was my birthday but I get abseloutely little or nothing for my birthday. I mean what, I only received wishes, some cash from my sister and a drawing that my follower on twitter drew. and that’s about it. no cakes, surprises or what not. I woke up, sit in front of the pc and just do my usual stuff. which is really sad though. I don’t feel like I am being appreciated at all. at night, I almost cried thinking about my birthday. I mean.. there’s nothing else I can do about it. each year I am growing up but if it’s going to be like this, I’m going to be crazy about it

Terrible lifestyle hmm? well not much about it. it’s just that everything isn’t going well. my results sucks during the midterm exam, I am still a fucking asshole and a lazy son of a bitch. I can’t even finish my damn homework. I don’t have any….support or…reason to even finish it. if the teachers forces me to finish it sure I will but if they don’t then I am pretty much lazy. school holidays.. I went out with my friends and such but during the last week of the holiday I went to the city alone, just to watch a movie. I went there by myself. nobody was with me. alone and desperate I went there just because I don’t want to see my brother’s face because they’re morons. can’t even be nice to me.

I watched a movie there and bought myself a book. Higurashi – When they cry, curse killing arc 2. don’t ask me why but I like the higurashi series. and buying a book of it is cool enough. good enough to reflect my actual feelings or thoughts about the things around me. the story itself can hide my true feelings. yes there’s blood in the story which sometimes makes me laugh on my own. sometimes I am wondering why am I being like this

Prince of Persia – The Sands of Time review

Right. Few days ago I went out with my friend to watch a movie. at first we were thinking of watching Shrek Forever After but then all the times are booked. so we picked Prince of Persia – The Sands of Time. I am surprised how brilliant the movie is. I will be using a 5 star rating based on what I have learned from the movie

Storyline and Plot - 4.5 star

I am quite surprised how good the movie’s storyline. everything is brilliant. from the beginning of the movie until the end of the movie. I like how the movie is directed and everything went beautiful without any weird cut scenes and whacked parts

Although I do have some issues where you can practically tell what is going to happen. you can expect what the prince will do and the consequences he will get. this is the only flaw on the storyline. never the less it is very entertaining

3D animations and CGI – 5 star

I just have to give this a 5 star rating? why? because everything is splendid. the way the movie shows the town of alamut, the sand glass animation and the textures that were used in the movie are abseloutely fantastic. I just wow at how everything looks so realistic and there isn’t any flaw in the movie itself. thus this has the rating of 5 star

Stunts and Effects – 4.5 Star

the stunts and effects that were used in the movie is okay. I do like the acrobatic moves that were used in the movie. the fighting scenes are quite laughable at times. everything looks almost perfect. the slow motion effects is a nice addition to the movie but it fails to show those crucial moments where it really needs the slow motion effect so everyone can see the arrows,darts and stuff. but yes it is entertaining.

this is my review of Prince of Persia – The Sands of Time. any doubts about how I review this I don’t care. this is my opinion to be honest.
